Easy Recipe: “Freshness in a Glass” Green Juice
Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!
My friend Erin Huggins asked me to share my green juice recipe with her today so that she could pass it on in her newsletter and I figured I should also share it with all of you!
Here it is! Enjoy!

3-4 stalks of celery
4 stems of kale

Leftover kale stems from any kale I cooked prior to that day
Leftover broccoli stems if I have any
Looking for a fantastic juicer?
I’d recommend the Omega Juicer for those who want the most bang for their buck in a juicing machine. I’ve had it for about a year now and it’s great. It’s easy to clean, pretty and gets the most juice out of the fruits and veggies.
