Hey guys!

Just a quick post to let you all know that I’m the featured chef for the month of July over at US Wellness Meats. If you haven’t already heard of them, they’re a fantastic resource for a wide variety of grass-fed meats online. So anyone can order and not stress over whether or not you can find it locally if it’s been a struggle for you before. Their food is always packed very well and tastes fresh and the meat is tender every time. I’ve shared four recipes with them, all grilled-up and ready for some summertime fun. Head on over to their site to check out the recipes!

The recipes that I’ve created are:

Grilled Filet with Balsamic-Peach Chutney & Cauliflower Puree (pictured above)

Garlic-lime Marinated Flank Steak Tacos

Saffron Steak Skewers

Grass-Fed Sliders with Roasted Garlic Cilantro Chimichurri

Head on over to US Wellness Meats for the recipes and to check out their awesome selection of grass-fed meats available to ship (free within the US) right to your door!

Enjoy & be well!
