  1. Trying to make sense of the grocery lists for the meal plans. How many people are the amounts for? I know the list says (per person) but how about all the other quantities?

      The meal plans are to make each recipe in full, typically accounting for leftovers eaten the following day or so. What do you mean about “all the other quantities”? As a note, it’s also very hard for us to tell you exactly how many people a recipe will feed as people eat such varying amounts of food. You’ll need to look at the recipe and use your judgment about what feeds you and your family or whoever else eats with you! Cheers!
