Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!
My friend Erin Huggins asked me to share my green juice recipe with her today so that she could pass it on in her newsletter and I figured I should also share it with all of you!

“Freshness in a Glass” Green Juice:
(amounts can vary to taste or how much juice you want)
Yield: Approximately 1 serving.

3-4 stalks of celery
4 stems of kale
1/3-1/2 of a cucumber
1/2 a green apple
1/2 – 1 whole lemon (peeled)
Leftover kale stems from any kale I cooked prior to that day
Leftover broccoli stems if I have any
