I KNOW WHAT YOU’RE THINKING… . Diane, I already have that book… How different can it be?! What’s different about it?! Why would I need or want that when I have the original? What’s a second edition anyway? . I have to be honest with you guys, because that’s the only way I can be… I actually re-wrote this entire book. Start-to-finish every word that was in the first book was reconsidered and much of it was re-written and re-organized – and expanded upon – to make it a much better book than it ever was. . It’s not that the original isn’t or wasn’t great, but it truly wasn’t my best anymore. And I always want you to have MY BEST. . You guys ask a lot of great questions all the time – here on IG, on FB, on my blog. And, the truth is that 99.9% of the questions you are asking are answered in this new edition of the book. . To me, it is a BRAND NEW BOOK. Because it took me as long to re-write it as it did to write it in the first place. It’s also entirely re-designed and re-imagined to make the flow and structure much easier to understand. I have re-written everything to answer all of your questions BETTER than I ever did before. There are so many new FAQs in there, you guys would seriously not believe how much pure value I pack into the pages of this book. . There is no fluff, no filler, and barely even any chapter dividers because, heck, they take up valuable page space that I really couldn’t let go of — I had too much REAL content to give you. It’s not a knock at other books AT ALL, but most have at least 20-30 pages of nothingness taken up by dividers — I’m trying to help you see what I mean when I say that this book is SO RICH. . Look, I am NEVER one to tell you that you need to buy anything from me. I am not here to sell you this book, I AM here to empower you regarding your health, nutrition, & life. And, when I tell you that this book is going to help you do just that, I hope that you understand that I mean what I say 100%. . I re-wrote this for YOU.
