New Book! The #21DSD Daily Guide

It's been a long-time coming… my team and I have planned this since last year, but we've had a lot on our plates releasing the BB Master Class and opening up for new 21DSD Coach enrollments in the meantime.

AND, we figured this will be SUPER EXCITING and PERFECT to have to kick off the New Year. Plus, I prefer even year dates to odd, which is weird, but true. January 2, 2018 is the official release date.

So, while it *is* available for preorder now, it releases on January 2. And I'm stoked about that because we have some amazing pre-order gifts planned (not releasing those until December!) that'll kick you off perfectly for your first few days so you'll be ready when the book arrives.

To pre-order the book click here. I'm sure Amazon will drop that price soon and the pre-order guarantees the lowest price you see anytime before it releases (it'll likely be under $20).

P.S. Don't get too attached to this image, as the cover image is not finalized. Plus, we missed a big typo! 😂

Balanced Bites Spices – Easy Meal Idea

I'm obsessed with how pretty this bowl is! @wholepaleoannie used my ITALIAN #bbspices to flavor this one-pan zoodle dish, and then topped it off with fresh melon and strawberries. YUM!

Happy tummy indeed, this bowl looks ahhhhhmazing! 😍😍😍 #Repost @wholepaleoannie ・・・ Happy tummy. Happy tastebuds. 😋 Dinner tonight was One Pan Italian-ish skillet over zoodles, recipe by @bucknakedpaleo. I used @garrettvalley turkey bacon and #bbspices Italian Blend for a fresh taste! These cantaloupe and strawberries have been giving me life all week! Took a gym rest day today, but planning on getting up early tomorrow to get a workout in before work! Rest and reset! 🕯 • • • #whole60alumni #whole30alumni #paleo #paleodiet #paleolifestyle #foodismedicine #lupuswarrior #lupus #weightlossjourney #weightloss #weightlossinspiration #lifeafterwhole30 #itstartswithfood #foodfreedomforever #eatrealfood #iamwhole30 #changeyourlife #jerf #iusedtobe300lbs #whole30approved #whole30dinner #whole30lunch #bucknakedpaleo #whole30recipes #zoodles #strawberry #basil

SAYING NO // See also: honesty with oneself. . What happens when we say “no” to people, activities, and even to ourselves? . It's usually the most honest answer you can give, yet somehow, it's the absolute hardest. . Allow me to release you from the turmoil that comes from this in-between state you may be in right now… saying no to something, someone, or even yourself, right now, is saying YES to something else. . Example: you have a BIG idea or project you want to work on, but right now, life is super hectic. And, you know that this moment will pass, and there is a time in say a month or two when you will honestly have more time and freedom to make this project happen. Not an imagined future-state when *things will be better* magically. No. An actual change in your situation that is truly a better setting in which to complete this project. . So, instead of beating yourself up for not working on this project every day for the next month or two, SAY NO TO YOURSELF. “No, self, right now is truly not a good time. And, here's the plan for when it will be a good time, and exactly how I will tackle it in that time.” . By honestly saying no, you can release the tension of the present time. You can say YES to being present. Let yourself enjoy what you can of your life, rather than toiling in this place of “I should be working on my project but I just can't seem to make it happen.” That's truly some emotional self-sabotage right there. . Deciding “no” is just as powerful as deciding yes. Either way, own the decision and make it confidently. . It's better to make a decision solidly than toil in the middle and keep trying something that you are pretty sure isn't working but you want it to… just say “no, not right now.” . The power of no is really big. It will make the time when you truly cannot commit to something FEEL WAY BETTER. . Then, get yourself IN GEAR when the moment is right or nearly right, don't let your goals and projects slip away. But don't be afraid to be honest and realistic about when you can take action on them. . #dianedirect
