Hi Raindrops (are you in the Pacific Northwest? :) ,

I highly recommend The 21-Day Sugar Detox for the tips, tricks, resources, and recipes, even if you are not doing an actual sugar detox. That said, it could be useful to help you get into ketosis with the modifications.

You are going to love the 21-Day Sugar Detox Cookbook too, as many of the recipes will support your ketogenic plan.

Yes, my desire is to get into ketosis; I'm sorry I wasn't clear.

I have not purchased the "21DSD" book yet. I have "Practical Paleo," and I am still reading it. However, I think I have found the “Figuring out your carb count” chart you referenced today on page 96 of "PP."

Hi Raindrops,

The 21-Day Sugar Detox is not technically a low carb or ketogenic diet. However, you can modify it to be. See the "Figuring out your carb count" chart on page 220 of The 21-Day Sugar Detox which provides "sufficient carbohydrate intake from good carbs" guidelines based on general lifestyle factors, activity and stress levels. This is a great guide to look at in case you don't want to be in ketosis (you didn't indicate if it was desirable or not). Some people accidentally go too low carb and do not account for their energy needs so it's a great resource!
