I have a couple of ideas that might be helpful. (1) Your meals don’t have to look like traditional meals, i.e., dinner foods for dinner, breakfast foods for breakfast. It’s okay to mix it up. Maybe dinner one night is a frittata or scramble, or maybe some full-fat greek yogurt with almond butter and half a green-tipped banana. The other thing to consider is that (2) it’s okay to eat more good fat on the 21DSD!
Seafood, pastured eggs, and organic/raw dairy (if tolerated) provide better nutrition than tofu products, with higher quality protein and awesome omega-3 fatty acid profiles.
