Direct is my only approach.
My hair and nails are (almost) always on fleek.
I show my love in strange ways.
You want ideas? I've got ideas out the wahzoo.
I live and breathe this stuff.
I will tell you what you need to hear.
Can't stop, won't stop.

Hey there, I’m Diane.

I’m a Certified Nutrition Consultant who specializes in Paleo nutrition, blood sugar regulation, food allergies and intolerances and digestive health.

What does that mean?

Well, I went (back) to school after years of working in other industries (retail, marketing, and graphic design) to learn all about nutrition and health.

So, what I’m here to teach you is a result of not only my years of nutrition education, but also my lessons from the school of life.

I’m here to empower you to choose to create a life you love.

– Diane Sanfilippo
