What's more quintessential to fall than a Pumpkin Spice Latte?
Most are laden with hard-to-pronounce syrups, with no pumpkin included whatsoever, so I wanted to share my own spin on this popular drink! It's quick and easy to make, more affordable than the Starbucks version, and lightly sweetened with my Pumpkin Spice Infused Sugar… perfect to whip up on a cold fall morning!

In a small saucepan, heat the milk, pumpkin puree, and PUMPKIN SPICE infused sugar, and vanilla. Once it is heated and lightly frothy, add the espresso or coffee, and stir to combine.
At this point you can use an immersion blender or high-speed blender to add more frothiness. Or, you could use a frother for the milk mixture, and add this to your coffee separately.
Top with the whipped coconut cream (or regular whipped cream if you can tolerate dairy) and a sprinkling of PUMPKIN SPICE infused sugar.
