These meals are a lifesaver when I don’t have time to cook. They are very tasty and healthy. My only feedback is they can sometimes be a bit salty or the ground beef meals can be really oily and for what this service costs, I expect close to perfect food.

If you have a specific dish ever with too much salt or that finishes oily, please feel free to snap a photo of the label on the tray (of the oil, too) and email it to our support inbox so that we can talk to our kitchens about any issues. Since meals are made weekly, we can always tell them, one week was a little too this or that and to look out for it next time. I’m super busy and am often exhausted by the time I get a chance to eat right now…. I appreciate the fact that I can have these meals as a go-to, instead of settling for takeout or a less healthful option. Thank you.

The food was nicely packaged and simple to reheat. I have only eaten half of the meals and still waiting to really enjoy one. I really enjoy most of the meals I the 21day detox so this is a bit surprising. I might try another group of meals.
