Years in the making, these dressings pair the best quality pure Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with vinegar and simple ingredients to yield a dressing that's sure to elevate any salad, sandwich, or protein when used as a marinade.

Please note the salad dressings show a best-by date of 5/2023 that we are legally required to add to the bottles, but really it’s a sell-by date and they’ll be perfectly fine for 2-3 more months. Once opened make sure to store the bottles in the refrigerator.

IMPORTANT: Due to the very high extra virgin olive oil content, this batch of our new dressings have a much thicker result than we expected. Please note that they may take some extra coaxing to get out of the bottle (like shaking upside down with some vigor!), but they'll toss into salads beautifully and also make great sandwich spreads!
