      I used it in a mayo recipe in my original Practical Paleo, it’s a good one for cold applications or low heat. It’s fairly pricey but it’s one I’d probably choose over avocado oil that’s currently ver popular. I still use olive oil mostly.

  1. I’ve heard a lot lately about some amino acids feeding cancer tumors. Especially Glycine, which is in the Collagen Peptides. There are several studies that warn against consuming. Any thoughts?
