  6. Hey Sarah- Don’t keep cocoa out! I think if it requires some effort to put together what you’re craving…and you’re STILL willing to go through that effort to get to it, well then, do it! These are mostly nuts and coconut oil anyhow, so they’re VERY low in sugar and will not have a crazy impact on your blood sugar.

  7. Hey Diane, these sound scrumptious! Wondering, if I am currently out of coconut oil, would these be doable with grass-fed ghee or pastured organic butter in replacement? Thanks!
