  1. This is in my oven now. If it’s even half as good when it’s done cooking as what I tasted off the spoon, it’s gonna be amazing! I had creamy peanut butter and roasted peanuts so I used that. I also subbed Lakanto monk fruit maple syrup because I wanted it sugar-free.

  2. One of the best homemade granola’s I’ve made and I’ve made a few! The combination of peanut butter and maple syrup (I’m from Vermont so anything maple, I’m in) is one flavorful combination. Super easy to make, takes less than 30 minutes, and made with simple and clean ingredients. I will be making this far into the future for myself and friends but I suggest making a double batch as it doesn’t seem to last long!5 stars

  3. My second batch of this granola is in the oven right now. It’s so easy and delicious. I spent so much time, energy, and money searching for clean granola at the store before. But now I may never buy granola from the store again. Thanks Diane!

  4. I have made this recipe twice. The second was even better than the first because I had crunchy peanut butter this time. It could not have been easier for something so delicious. Thank you , Diane, for sharing this and so many other delicious recipes, tips and favorite things!5 stars

  6. I was on a quest to find a good homemade granola without refined sugar. Most of my attempts tasted like dry oatmeal. When Diane Sanfilippo posted this recipe (like she was reading my mind as I was searching #granola on Instagram), I made it that day. The steps were simple and the ingredient list is small which is a bonus for me because I loathe to bake. The granola is amazing. Even better than the most expensive, high quality ingredient granolas on the market. Not too sweet, not greasy, and the perfect texture. I have never made a recipe of Diane’s that I didn’t like and this one is no exception.5 stars
