Hi,
Great video but you didn’t explain what the purpose of doing low fat and low carb at the same time.
Are you meaning that it’s a typical low calorie diet plan?
For what reasons would someone be considering trying this?

For a short term plan. People have different reasons for doing it, I’m simply answering if it’s something that *can* be done, because many assume it can’t. I’m not recommending for or against it.
