  1. I just bought your book Keto Quickstart. Read it, thumbed through the wonderful recipes and have a question. I want to do the 1250 calorie tracker but I am at a loss about how to incorporate your recipes into the tracker. for example, this recipe is for 4 serving but there is no breakdown of calories, proteins, carbs, and fiber. Also, the recipes in the book, although it does have the breakdown for the meal, is it listed as the calories per serving or for the whole meal?
