I know many of you don't want to try Snapchat. That's totally fine! Don't use it if you don't want to. I'm telling you that this went down over there because the platform allows for it (while others like Facebook and Instagram just don't).
So, join the fun or don't, it's all good either way! It's new to all of us! Learning new apps is something I find fun, but I know not everyone does.
I also made this easy cauliflower rice step-by-step on Snapchat last week. It was Trader Joe's cauli rice in a pan with some onions & garlic and a little cooking fat, Primal Palate adobo seasoning, capers, and currants.

The product that got me hooked
I haven't “washed” my face in at least three years. Before that, I oil cleansed with coconut oil. That is, until I tried the Charcoal Cleansing Bar from Beauty Counter.
This soap feels different than other soaps, and seems to help any breakouts I may get to CALM THE EFF DOWN much faster than they would on their own. I'm talking less pain and redness in 2 days instead of 4-5. That's a big deal to me while I continue to work on resolving the cause of my breakouts. Liz sent it to me, and I'm glad she did!

These quick and easy breakfast sausages are a reader favorite from The 21-Day Sugar Detox guidebook. Enjoy!
BEFORE & AFTER. Love roasted Brussels but having trouble getting them to brown the way you want?! ## Here are my best tips: 1) don't over-fat them – about 1-2 teaspoons per pound is probably enough; 2) slice them at least in half or quarter them if they're huge; 3) place them flat side down directly onto a metal sheet pan – don't use parchment, foil, or a silpat. I toss mine with simply sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder and typically use either bacon fat or ghee as the cooking fat. 375 for as long as it takes for them to be done – anywhere from 20-30 minutes or so – it'll vary with the size of your sprouts.
