This book has been a long-time coming, and I'm so excited to kick off the New Year with an official release date of January 2, 2018!!

K.I.S.S. 🍝 // Technically it means keep it simple stupid. But I'd like to say keep it smartly simple 😉. . On my plate, which we eat almost the exact same way on a weekly basis on @fullbodyfix's busiest work days (Tuesdays): – a tiny bit of gf pasta from Trader Joe's (I don't always have this, but Scott has a lot of it!) – roasted broccoli that I cook while I'm making the sauce – and then the sauce which is ground beef (sometimes I use pork) cooked with onions and garlic and spices and red wine then mixed with some Yellow Barn arrabiata sauce – pesto made many days ago – a touch of midnight moon, for good measure 😂 . I promise it's all SO EASY. It sounds like a lot of parts but it really is simple. And if you don't do the gf noodles, it's even easier. . A 21DSD/sugar-noodle-and-booze-free version of this recipe will be in my newest book, releasing in January – it's the 3rd book in my 21-Day Sugar Detox series, this time it's a Daily Guide.
