For about a year of my life, I wrote this book called “Practical Paleo.” And then, for about another year of my life, I RE-WROTE it… partly because I'm crazy, but mostly because I always want you all to have MY BEST. . 99.9% of the Paleo-oriented questions you may have are answered in these pages, often with a chart or guide, to make it so, so, SO easy for you to spend less than it would cost for a dinner out and to have me right by your side, helping and coaching you along your journey. . The thing is, after 4 years and lots of changes in the Paleo community and conversations, there was more to say than what I put in the original. . There were more questions to answer, new topics to address, and new kinds of recipes you all said you wanted more of. . And, while perhaps many of you wish that this had been a separate or 100% new/different book, I felt SO strongly that it needed to be an updated edition. I wanted your friends and family to be able to go into a store and just get “Practical Paleo” when you recommend it to them. I didn't want them to be confused about volume 1 or 2, or part 1 or 2… or whatever. . Yes, perhaps for a little while some stores may have both and some may need to choose, but soon enough this new, improved, better, MY BEST edition of #PracticalPaleo will be the only go-to when you refer someone. And I can't wait to see and hear how it changes their life. .
