No meal prep—simply heat and enjoy.
The chicken and pork are really good. This is expensive but it works for me. It's easy to cook and most of them taste pretty good. I'm borderline diabetic so this is the best thing I've tried to deal with that. The meatballs aren't very good.

These meals are a lifesaver when I don’t have time to cook. They are very tasty and healthy. My only feedback is they can sometimes be a bit salty or the ground beef meals can be really oily and for what this service costs, I expect close to perfect food.

If you have a specific dish ever with too much salt or that finishes oily, please feel free to snap a photo of the label on the tray (of the oil, too) and email it to our support inbox so that we can talk to our kitchens about any issues. Since meals are made weekly, we can always tell them, one week was a little too this or that and to look out for it next time.
