Dairy-Free Tzatziki (Avoziki)

Ingredients

ripe avocado

peeled and grated cucumber

extra-virgin olive oil

minced fresh dill

small clove garlic
grated
Juice of 1 lemon
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a small food processor or with a hand blender.
