  1. Love it! Love the honesty and appreciate your candor! It’s what goes through my head when I read posts! ‘I know you have internet , do some RESEARCH PEOPLE’!!! Get to know YOUR body, what works for someone else might NOT work for you! Also be okay with a bit of discomfort as your body and MIND adapt to a new way of eating and regarding food. Hell, birth is friggin PAINFUL, yet we do it and the outcome is generally amazing!
