- 1 pound green beans
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp GARLIC STIR FRY Spice Blend
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
Slice off ends of green beans.
Sauté in ghee & sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until they become brighter green, add the garlic to the pan, then add about 1/4 cup of water to steam-sauté them with a lid on top until fork tender.
Remove the lid, season the GARLIC STIR FRY blend and coconut aminos until the aminos and water evaporate and the beans just barely begin to wilt (but not brown).
