I've been making this creamy garlic & feta pasta on repeat for months now, and it's still one of my favorite dishes. It's BETTER than the feta pasta making its way around TikTok, no joke.

Plus, it's so simple - it comes together in the time it takes for the pasta to cook and has only a few ingredients. It's the perfect midweek meal or side.

  • 1 pound pasta of choice (I like to use rigatoni or spaghetti)
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 5 ounces fresh feta cheese
  • SUPER GARLIC PIZZA, for garnish (optional)


Boil pasta according to package instructions.

While the pasta is cooking, warm the olive oil over med low heat. Add the garlic and stir often so it does not burn. Keep stirring until the garlic starts to brown. When it close to being finished, turn the heat to low and continue to cook, just until all the garlic is cooked and not raw.

Drain the pasta, reserving 1 tablespoon of the pasta water for the sauce.

Immediately toss the pasta with the garlic oil, then crumble the feta over the top, add the pasta water, and toss so the feta starts to melt and mixes well with the pasta.

Taste and add more salt, if desired.

Garnish with SUPER GARLIC PIZZA spice blend.

Serve immediately.
