SUPER GARLIC SALMON & VEGETABLES

This super simple salmon dish is a quick and easy meal for when you're in a rush - without sacrificing flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 (6-ounce) fillets wild salmon 
  • 2 tablespoons melted ghee 
  • Pinch of sea salt 
  • Pinch of SUPER GARLIC Spice Blend
  • 1 pound slender asparagus (about 1 bunch) or green beans, trimmed 
  • 1 lemon, plus more slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F. 

Pat the salmon pieces dry with a paper towel to help remove any excess liquid. Brush the skin side with half the ghee and season with the salt. Flip the salmon over and brush with the remaining ghee and season with the spice blend. Place the salmon skin side down on a large baking sheet. 

Spread the asparagus out in an even layer around the salmon pieces. If the asparagus seems too crowded, use a second baking sheet. 

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze one half over the salmon and asparagus. Reserve the other half. 

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked to your liking. 

Squeeze the reserved lemon half over the top of the salmon and garnish with lemon slices, if desired, before serving.
