Apple Pie in a glass - this smoothie is quick and easy, perfect for breakfast, a snack, or as a treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk, canned or homemade
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 green apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter*
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 dashes nutmeg, for garnish
  • CINNAMON Infused Sugar or VANILLA Infused Sugar, for garnish
  • small handful of ice (optional)
  • 1 to 2 scoops 100% grassfed whey protein powder or other protein powder (optional)

Instructions

Purée all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

NUT-FREE?

Use Sunbutter or coconut butter instead of almond butter.
