I've loved Peanut Butter Cookies for as long as I can remember - soft & chewy, filled with peanut butter flavor. SO good.

Try to use the best quality peanut butter you can find - it really makes a difference in how these cookies taste.

APPLE CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE MUFFINS

These Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake Muffins are full of warm cinnamon and juicy apples, and are topped with the most incredible coffee-cake style topping. 

I recommend buying XL cupcake liners so as much of the topping as possible stays on the muffin while they bake.

PUMPKIN BREAD WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS

My Pumpkin Bread With Chocolate Chips recipe is so simple and delicious, you'll find yourself baking this all autumn long.

I love the combination of pumpkin plus white chocolate, so that's what I used, but feel free to use your favorite milk or dark chocolate chips, nuts, or omit all together. Don't skip the sugar topping though, especially if you have my PUMPKIN SPICE Infused Sugar on hand - it adds the most delicious flavor & crunch to every bite.

This pumpkin bread is delicious plain, spread with butter, or you could drizzle over a cream cheese glaze (mix together 4 ounces of cream cheese with a few tablespoons of warm milk, 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla, then pour over the cooled loaf.)

Growing up, Rice Crispy Treats (or Rice Krispie Treats) were a major staple in our house whenever it came time to prepare for a bake sale! I don't think I realized as a kid that my mom likely made these because they're so, so easy. WHIPPED SWEET POTATOES

This year, Scott and I wanted to create an easy side dish to go with our Thanksgiving dinner since we were already tasked with making not only the turkey, gravy, and stuffing, but also cranberry sauce, antipasto skewers (from Gather), and an apple tart! Whew!

We had a lot on our plates to make this holiday meal Paleo for the whole family – literally and figuratively.

Everyone loved these whipped sweet potatoes and I don't think any made it into take-home containers for leftovers! You may want to double the recipe if you're a big leftovers fan.

SKILLET PEACH COBBLER

I know I often claim that I don't bake, but baking fruit with a crumbly-type of topping seems totally approachable for me. I figure it's hard to mess this up, since baked fruit of nearly every kind is simply delicious.

The topping to this cobbler is softer if you eat it warm, but if you let it cool or chill it in the refrigerator and then serve it at room temperature, it's more solid and holds together even more like a traditional cobbler would with a biscuit topping. I highly recommend making this the night before, then refrigerating it to enjoy the next day, but I know that's a tough thing to do!

You can easily swap out any other fruit you like in this recipe. Cherries also work really well, or blueberries with a hint of lemon.

DIANE'S MORNING POUR

Do you drink iced coffee? One of my friends got me into year-round iced coffee ages ago, which isn’t such a stretch in San Francisco since our *winter* low temp is usually around 50 degrees.

It’s something I don’t make myself, and I don’t want to start. For all the things I *do* make, this is one I enjoy outsourcing.

I’ve loved Chameleon Cold Brew since early 2013, when I tried it for the first time. It wasn’t even nationally available at that time, I’m an OG fan. I know many of you have tried it from my recommendation as well. While I use the sold-cold version in jars at home, the canned versions are shelf-stable and ready-to-drink, so you can enjoy them anytime, on the road, etc.

Tastes like home

I was so excited to try these sugars. My mother used to make us toast with butter and cinnamon sugar when we were kids, especially when we were sick. This blend hits the spot and is nostalgic for me. It's perfect on toast, as a sprinkle on homemade granola and as a shake into coffee to sweeten it up a bit.

THE PERFECT TOPPING

I use the cinnamon infused sugar every morning to top my coffee and now I can’t drink coffee without it! I also got my mom and sister hooked on it after one time! So tasty and a great consistency.

Makes perfect cinnamon sugar toast! Childhood fav

I have to admit I bought this originally because I craved my childhood favorite of cinnamon sugar toast. It satisfied my late night munchies x1000!! And bonus was I started sprinkling a touch into plain oatmeal for my kids breakfast and he loves it too. I worried I wouldn’t use it enough but this is already my third time buying! Once you have it it’s easy to discover other ways to use all the sugars.
