This recipe is the perfect addition for any meal - subtly sweet butternut squash, taken up a notch with our TRIFECTA Spice Blend - which you can grab here!
- 1 large butternut squash (2 to 3 pounds), peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons cooking fat
- 1 1/2 teaspoons TRIFECTA Spice Blend
- A few pinches of ground cinnamon (optional)
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place the cubed butternut squash on a large rimmed baking sheet (preferably stainless steel rather than nonstick for the best browning). Toss with the cooking fat and sprinkle with the spices, then spread evenly on the baking sheet.
Roast for 30 to 40 minutes, until the edges start to crisp and the squash is cooked through and browned.

Buy pre-cut butternut squash in bags in the refrigerated section of your grocery store to save time!
