How It Works
We cook and ship meal orders once each week.
1. You Order
Select a pre-built or custom build-a-box.
Choose from a keto box (one of each meal we offer), a paleo box (dairy-free), or build your own. Add-on any extras you want, then sit back and wait for your food!
Since meals are cooked fresh to-order, we take orders for the week from Sunday through Saturday, then they're cooked on Sunday, frozen through Monday and shipped to you on Tuesday..
An order placed Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday is shipped the following week, not in that same calendar week.
2. We Cook & Ship
Meals are cooked fresh every Sunday.
Our chefs prepare your meals to-order each week, which is why ordering closes at 11:59pm each Saturday. Boxes are packed each Monday, shipped each Tuesday. Your meals will arrive by Friday and you'll receive tracking information when they leave our kitchens! We deliver nationwide in the United States via FedEx.
3. You Heat & Eat
In just minutes, you'll be eating a delicious meal.
Heat your meal, then garnish (if desired) and enjoy! We recommend defrosting first for easiest re-heating, but you can heat from frozen, too! Your choice.
Shipments are all sent on Tuesdays and go via FedEx to arrive in 1 to 2 business days, depending on your location.> Shipping is FREE on all orders in the continental United States.
NOTE: During warm summer months, our shipping adjusts to a 1-2 day timeframe. During cooler months, shipment timing is 1-3 days via FedEx Ground with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, you MUST select expedited shipping for $25. In other areas, you may select FedEx expedited shipping for an extra charge if you want - but keep in mind that your order will still always ship on Tuesday with the other orders, it will simply have an expedited shipping service.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is placed on the truck.

All meals are 100% gluten, grain, and soy-free and cooked with either ghee or extra virgin olive oil.
If you want to try the full scope of our menu, select a pre-built box that features the range of meals that you can eat (choose Paleo if you want a fully dairy-free box).
If you have specific preferences or dietary needs (pork-free or nightshade-free, for example), you can Build-A-Box and customize your order.
All boxes must contain 10 meals. You may order more than one box of meals at a time, and each box will need to contain 10 meals.
