This Greek-marinated chicken recipe is really simple to pull together and oh, so flavorful! The marinade is full of Greek flavors, with lots of garlic, lemon, oregano and olive oil. Νόστιμος!! (delicious!)
I whipped up this chicken parm using the cashew meal, some arrowroot flour for added starch, and a bunch of Italian spices to create a grain-free “Italian breadcrumb” mixture first.
