Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup peeled and grated cucumber
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced fresh dill
  • 1 small clove garlic grated
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a small food processor or with a hand blender.
