- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk, canned or homemade
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice small handful of ice (optional)
- 1 to 2 scoops protein powder (optional)
- PUMPKIN SPICE Infused Sugar, CINNAMON Infused Sugar, and/or VANILLA Infused Sugar, for garnish
Purée all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
