- 1 pound yellow or red potatoes, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons cooking fat
- 2 tablespoons RANCH Spice Blend
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, cooking fat, and spice blend and toss until the potatoes are well coated.
Transfer the potatoes to a 9 by 13-inch baking pan and spread out into an even layer.
Roast in the oven for 45 to 55 minutes, until brown and crispy, tossing halfway through.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. To reheat, place in an oven or toaster oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Use sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes.
