Ingredients
- 1 head Baby Bok Choy
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp coconut aminos

Instructions
Slice the bok choy into quarters.
Melt the ghee and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bok choy and cook until fork tender.
