United StatesNot sure what I'd do without these meals!
I've been ordering BB meals here and there for the past couple years, but recently I've been having at least one a day. I recently found out I'm celiac and its so hard to find pre-cooked gluten free meals that are actually filling and don't taste bland! And my ADHD simply can not handle cooking right now. These meals are really tasty and I like that there's a good amount of veggies included in most meals. Tastes a million times better than when I try to pre-cook vegetables lol! I also love that you can heat from frozen, if I forget to defrost its no big deal. The meals are expensive, but a super fair price considering the ingredient quality and amount of food you get per serving. I've also been following Diane for a while and really respect her as a person. Huge thank you to the balanced bites team for relieving basically all of my daily stress :)

Tried these meals while on vacation in an AirBnb…best idea I’ve had in a long time. Took the whole “what should we eat?” question off the table, and we saved money and time by not eating out so much. Everything was delicious, but especially loved the Taco Bowl, Meatballs Marinara and Chicken Enchilada Bake (cashew cheese sauce…mmmm). So convenient, and plenty of food. Thanks Diane!

I really love to cook but like so many I have a very full schedule with my career and family. I hate to rely on packaged foods when I know I have good fresh foods I can cook. I decided to give Balanced Bites meals a try in busy summer season to give myself and my hot kitchen a break! I like that the meals are cooked fresh just before shipping and the ingredients are the kinds of things I'd cook with at home--no weird additives. The flavors of all the meals I've tried so far have been phenomenal. Beefy Taco Melt Bowl was so comforting and hearty--good with chips and guac on the side! The Al Pastor Pork was very hearty and had good flavor. The Chicken Piccata flavors made my mouth sing with the extra lemon and capers vibe! So yummy! I'm not a big cauliflower rice fan but the way it is cooked in each of these meals is actually delicious and I don't mind getting some extra veg in with this flavor. I look forward to checking out the rest of the meals I have in my freezer and especially glad I don't have to fire up my stove on the hot summer nights!

I can’t decide which meal is my favorite because each time I eat a new one—I think it is! The honey garlic pork has just the right amount of sweetness, the barbocoa has just the right amount of spice, the cilantro lime chicken with the added sauce is tangy and super flavorful! These meals are excellent—and I should know because my daughter is a chef (also graduate of Bauman) so I am accustomed to the best food!!
