- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons CARAMEL Infused Sugar plus extra, for garnish
- whipped cream for garnish
In a small saucepan, heat the milk, cocoa powder, and CARAMEL infused sugar.
At this point you can use an immersion blender or high-speed blender to add more frothiness. Or, you could use a frother for the milk mixture, and add this to your hot chocolate separately.
Top with the whipped cream and a sprinkling of CARAMEL infused sugar.
