- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 Tablespoons GARLIC LEMON PEPPER Spice Blend
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, divided (or use pecorino Romano)
Preheat oven to 375°F on the convection setting if you have it, or 400°F if you don’t. Or, use an air fryer at 375°F.
Toss the wings in a large bowl with the spice blend and 2 tablespoons of the cheese, making sure to get them coated evenly with the spices.
Place on a rack over a baking sheet and add the remaining cheese by sprinkling a bit on each wing with your fingers to evenly distribute it.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
