My Jersey Style Deli Tuna Salad brings me back to my childhood, growing up in a small town in Northern New Jersey. We couldn't walk or drive two blocks without seeing at least one bagel shop – probably flanked by a couple of Italian restaurants. If you're from that area, you feel me here.

If you follow me on social media, you know that oven fries are a staple food in my diet. I enjoy them for breakfast, especially after a heavy leg day at the gym, but they also are delicious as a side with lunch or dinner.

Yes! I recommend removing it from the tough stems, and then massaging it a bit first to breakdown the tough cellulose that makes it a bit hard to eat.

I bought this because I saw someone on Instagram put it on avocado toast with tomatoes. It's a wonderful mix. I love the big flakes of salt. Perfect on tomatoes and cucumbers.

The super trifecta is similar to the trifecta but with some bigger “chunks” of spices. If you like the trifecta you need to try the super trifecta! My husband loves it on steak! I use it on veggies!
