Have you ever tried a blondie? They are similar to a brownie in shape and texture, but a blondie will use vanilla and brown sugar to get its flavor, versus a brownie that uses white sugar and chocolate or cocoa. The end result is buttery, slightly chewy, and seriously delicious. Especially when you add rich chocolate chunks and sprinkle flakey sea salt on top.
I added a holiday touch to these brownies by also including red and green M&Ms, but you could absolutely use whatever colors you like!
Red & Pink for Valentine's Day, Purple, Orange & Green for Halloween - have fun with these!
