French fries are one of my all-time favorite sides, and this baked version is no exception - I much prefer these to the frozen ones you find at the grocery store. Try these with my BBQ pork tacos or crispy chicken tenders - so delicious!
Be sure to whip up some of my special sauce as well - it's the perfect dipping sauce for these crispy fries.

Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes, cut into thin "french fry"-like sticks
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon TRIFECTA Spice Blend
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Toss the potatoes in the olive oil & spice blend so that each slice is evenly coated. Divide the potato slices between two baking pans and spread them out in a single layer.
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the fries and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm.
